Policies and Documents

Policies and documents define the top-level approach of an organization within a specific area of responsibility to ensure alignment and achievement of the institute with the strategic plans. It defines the rules of operation across the organization and it will normally define who is generally responsible for implementing it and why it is necessary and specifically will detail the organization's approach within the specific area of responsibility.
